About Ayvalik Holiday House...
A private, detached holiday house with garden for discerning couples rented on a self catering basis. The holiday house has been decorated and furnished with a fusion of the traditional and modern to extremely high standards. In fact, if you can think of anything we haven't provided after your stay, we will be surprised!

COMPLIMENTARY FIRST DAY'S BREAKFAST;
Traditional Turkish breakfast provisions, all locally produced.
Fresh crusty bread with delicious renown Ayvalik cheese, butter, eggs,
olives and honey.
We also provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, black pepper, hot
pepper and thyme, plus locally produced virgin olive oil.
The garden:
Special
features: Raised, walled and secluded terrace with deckchairs and
lounging cushions for relaxing in the sun next to the sunken olive tree
and with sea view.
Dining table and seating under the shade of the canopied grape vine.
Traditional stone built barbecue.
South
facing Ottoman inspired layout, fully stocked and also
including
a pomegranate tree, lemon trees, olive trees, bitter melon, herbs and
of course, the quintessential Turkish roses.
Car Parking:
There
are free parking facilities at the property but as it is communal
parking, it is on a first come basis. Alternatively, we can make
arrangements with one of the local otoparks (5 minutes walk from the
house), including overnight, cost to be confirmed as and when required.
The attendant is on site from early morning until 22.00 hrs but you
will be given a key to access your car when the park gates are locked.

any vehicle belonging to the hirer at any time.
