Sokak, No 4, Laka-Camlik Ayvalik, Balikesir, 10400 Turkey Terms & Conditions Contracts of Hire The contract is between the hirer and the owner of the property, Ergin Gulgec. The booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total rental cost booked, whereby the hirer then becomes responsible for the total rental of the property for the period booked. Payment should be made by Bank Transfer or via PayPal. This deposit is non refundable. The balance must be paid four weeks prior to arrival. If the arrival date is less than 4 weeks away from the booking, then payment is required in full. If a cancellation is notified less than 4 weeks before the rental period the hirer will be liable to pay the balance due unless the period can be re-let. A cash security deposit is also required of £50.00 on arrival to the Ayvalik Holiday House (or the equivalent in your preferred currency). This will be repaid to your nominated bank account or Paypal within three working days of your return home, subject to no losses or breakages. Liabilities The use of all accommodation and amenities is entirely at the hirer's risk. Security of baggage and personal belongings is the responsibility of the hirer at all times and the proprietor can accept no liability for loss or damage to said baggage or any personal property whilst on the premises, nor for any accident caused whilst on the property. Hirer's Responsibilities The hirer is responsible for the property during his stay and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The apartment and all equipment, utensils etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. Any breakages or damage to any part of the property or any malfunction within the house must be reported immediately. Please do not replace any breakages. HOLIDAY INSURANCE THE HIRER IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, WHICH INCLUDES CANCELLATION, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, PUBLIC LIABILITY, ETC. Car Parking There are free parking facilities at the property but as it is communal parking,it is on a first come basis. Alternatively, we can make arrangements with one of the local otoparks (5 minutes walk from the house), including overnight, cost to be confirmed as and when required. The attendant is on site from early morning until 22.00 hrs but you will be given a key to access your car when the park gates are locked. Please note, We cannot accept liability for damage or unlawful entry to any vehicle belonging to the hirer at any time. |
